I hope you enjoyed Amber and Aaron’s Open Data presentation last Friday. Today’s presentation is from a terrific designer/developer, Chris Kalani.

Aside from working with me and my cohorts at Waggener Edstrom Studio D, Chris is the creator of yay!everyday, Prtlnd and many other projects.

He facilitated an informal discussion around the importance of side projects and how best to pursue them. It’s a particularly empowering talk if you have any interest in executing on your own idea.
