Overview
TotalCommercial.com is a real estate listings site with a strong foothold among Florida business properties. They requested a design that would be emblematic and coin-like, a modern-yet-dimensional symbol.
A skyscraper was chosen both to reinforce the site’s commercial focus and to suggest the heights a business could reach with the properties therein.
The final colors were chosen by the client following a myriad of potential combinations. We originally intended to create a more highly-rendered version to more literally play on the coin aspect, but it was felt in the end that a simpler color version would have greater versatility.
